Patti Reposa is a board certified Advanced Practice Nurse who brings over 25 years experience in psychopharmacology to our practice. Patti received her graduate degree from Yale University.
After years as a nursing director and private practice clinician in her native Rhode Island, Patti and her husband relocated to East Tennessee and Patti joined the staff of Haven Family Psychiatry in the Fall of 2016. In the Spring of 2018, Patti became the managing partner of the psychiatry/medication management group in the practice, which launch in 2020 as Knoxville Family Psychiatry.
Patti enjoys exploring our great East Tennessee outdoors, travel with friends and family, mentoring young professionals, and her growing farm animal menagerie. Patti’s collaborating physician is John Kupfner, MD.
Sarah Bannister is a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Sarah received her Bachelors of Nursing degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2006. She earned her Master’s in Mental Health Nursing from the University of Tennessee in 2010.
Sarah worked in Women’s Health as an RN at the UT Medical Center in Knoxville for four years. She has worked in Palliative Care since 2011 at both Parkwest and Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Centers for Covenant Health’s Palliative Care program. In Palliative Care, she has served adults who are faced with chronic and terminal illness. Sarah has focused on treating both physiologic and psychological symptoms and has helped counsel patients and families in the midst of stress, grief, and difficult decision making. Sarah is one of the partner/owners of Knoxville Family Psychiatry. Sarah’s collaborating physician is John Kupfner, MD.
On a personal note, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband Ben and their 3 young boys. She and her family are a part of Redeemer Presbyterian Church, where her husband is the Director of Worship.
She is excited about the opportunity to be a part of offering holistic care and healing for people struggling with a wide range of mental health issues. Sarah believes that through excellent and compassionate care, people will have an opportunity to live more fully and more freely.
Heidi Poore is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Heidi received her Bachelors in Arts from Cumberland University in 2004. In 2006, Heidi completed a Master’s of Science in Recreation and Sports Management with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation. She earned her Master’s in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2012.
Heidi has experience treating mental health issues across the lifespan. She has worked in various settings including a residential treatment center, skilled nursing facilities, and a community mental health center. Heidi is one of the partner/owners of Knoxville Family Psychiatry. Heidi’s collaborating physician is John Kupfner, MD.
On a personal note, Heidi is an East Tennessee native who enjoys her active life and adores spending time with all of her nieces and nephews. Heidi also volunteers with the high school youth at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Heidi is eager to provide holistic care to all people and strives to assist everyone in realizing and achieving their overall potential.
Sarah Lord is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She earned a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Tennessee in 2014 and a master’s degree of Nursing in 2018, also from the University of Tennessee.
Sarah has a unique background and diverse experiences in the area of nursing over the last 20+ years. She worked with patients of all ages, across the lifespan and in various settings including long-term care facilities, inpatient medical-surgical units, a pediatric office, Women’s health, labor & delivery and home health care.
Through her varied nursing experiences and by working with patients of all ages, stages of life, and in different settings and environments, she developed a passion to not only care for each patient’s physical health, but also their mental health. She believes that mental health is often overlooked, and undervalued, which can result in poor physical health and an inability to reach full potential for quality of life. She believes that it is important to care for the mental health, physical health and spiritual health of every individual.
Sarah joined our office in November 2020. Her collaborating physician is John Kupfer, MD. She loves what she gets to do every day and tries her best to make everyone feel comfortable, cared for and listened to.
Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. She is a Christian and is active with her church, New Beginnings Baptist church, where she is a member of their worship and praise team and her husband is an associate pastor.
Lindsey Wondoloksi is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Associate’s degree in nursing in 2014, and began working as an RN, while obtaining her Bachelor’s in Nursing online. She received her Bachelor’s of Nursing degree from East Tennessee State University in 2016, and a Master’s degree in Nursing from Maryville University, Psychiatric specialty, in 2021.
Lindsey has worked in multiple nursing settings throughout her career, including med-surg, orthopedic surgery, home health care, and five years in an acute psychiatric hospital setting. It was here that she decided to pursue her passion in mental health.
During her time between obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in 2016, and starting back to school in 2018 for her Master’s degree, Lindsey spent time on multiple medical mission trips to Nicaragua. Lindsey has traveled to this country on six different occasions providing medical assistance, as well as physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs to thousands of patients. She feels it is important to view all aspects of patient care, seeing the whole picture, to best treat both the mental and physical health of her patients.
Lindsey joined our office in 2021, and her collaborating physician is John Kupfner, MD. She enjoys working with and helping the people of her community. It is important to her to always express kindness, compassion, and empathy to those she meets, noting that “you never know what another person may be going through, and you may be that ray of hope they were needing that day.”
Lindsey is a Christian and active member in her church and community. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, and staying active. She hopes to return to Nicaragua in the future for short-term trips, as mission work and serving others is a passion she enjoys.
